This kit includes everything you will need to assemble your own African Djembe Drum. The kit includes 24 inch tall Djembe shell with a 11 - 12 inch diameter head/shell size. Also included is the rope, goat skin head, rings and step by step illustrated instructions.

It's not difficult to assemble a Djembe and you get the satisfaction of knowing you build the Djembe with your own creative hands.

Drum features include:
A shell made from a single piece of kiln dried select grade plantation grown mahogany.

The shell is lathe turned for a consistent/open sound and easy tuning.

The goat skin head is from the back of the goat where the skin is thicker and more consistent. This produces a more robust sound.

The alpine rope is non-stretch and weather resistant
